Mihai Gramada

I studied at the Industrial High School in Romania between 1984 and 1986. After my studies, I worked for several years as a local development agent for the municipality of Rădăuți.

In 2002, I moved to Italy and began working as a carpenter at Madurini snc in Leinì, near Turin. It was there that I truly learned the trade: 15 years of traditional carpentry, building and repairing furniture, windows, and wooden structures.

In 2017, I founded GRAMARREDI, my business creating custom wooden furniture and structures. Every project is different: I listen to what's needed, design the best solution, and then build it with care. I don't mass-produce; each piece is designed to last.

Since 2022, I have been working in Switzerland, in the Vaud region, where I continue to do what I love: working wood by hand, with precision and patience.

Wood is a living material. Respecting it means knowing it, choosing it carefully, and working it properly.
